flume
$0.00ripped back

why is there money in there?

the boring part, written once so you never have to ask.

the mechanism

every SPL token account on solana holds about 0.00204 SOL as rent so it can exist. that rent is refundable when the account is closed.

every airdrop, every memecoin, every dust-attack you ever touched opened one of these. you sold, the token died, the account stayed open, the rent stayed locked.

flume finds the dead ones, closes them, and sends the rent back to you. CloseAccount for empties, Burn + CloseAccount for extras you explicitly tick. that is the whole product.

the fee is 5%, taken inside the same transaction. half of it goes to a separate on-chain wallet that funds the daily SOL draw, so what you pay is what pays winners. hold $FLUME and it halves at $100 and hits zero at $10k.

pick a name under refer, send someone the link, and 10% of what flume takes from their rip lands in your wallet, in their transaction, no claiming. more if you hold FLUME once the token is live (TBD): 15% at $100, 20% at $1k, 30% at $10k.

questions people actually ask

trade on a terminal? that wallet is the messiest one you own.

platforms like axiom, fomo and the rest make you a fresh wallet and buy hundreds of coins with it. most never close the accounts. if you paid the rent, it is still in there, and you can get it out in three steps. however if the platform paid your gas, it paid that rent and kept it. tl;dr: whoever pays the 0.002 SOL to open an account keeps the right to close it. platform paid, platform keeps it. you paid, or someone sent you the token, it is yours. same wallet, two piles.

the rip fee is 5%. half funds a daily SOL prize pool that pays out to random rippers, free to enter, on chain. the top 5 rippers every 3 days, ranked by SOL reclaimed, split the pot at 7pm UTC. once $FLUME launches (TBD, follow @0xFlume_) holding it halves the fee at $100 and takes it to zero at $10k. until then everyone is on the flat 5%.
